When moving yourself in circles and loops, you might experience that every part of you is interconnected. With the intention to expand your movement vocabulary, we will explore how to move in ways that wakes up the whole body from the button up, from the fingers to the toes and from the center and out. Side stretches, relationship with to floor and how to unwind the body into a soft yet strong sensation will be explored as we move through the class.

This class can be taken separately or as a part of the “Unstuck Bundle”. It´s guided in English, and available until 28th August 2021.
