Ever felt stuck in asana and thought that there must be more to explore?
Here it is: a 1,5-hour class in the search for a deeper experience of your body in movement. Familiar yoga postures will be explored rather as movements with the intention to soften as well as strengthen sleepy parts of you. You will be guided through spirals, slings and loops to find those sweet spots of being in “the zone” where you can get grounded in your body. This is an opportunity to unwind yourself into new patterns that most likely will give you a sense of ease and being awake in your own skin.
The class will be guided over Zoom.
Experienced yogi as well as newbie to movement are welcome!
