Cultivating a various movement practice is essential in order to support you in your everyday life. Loading is the way to nourish any part of the body, as goes for the hips. We will explore how to gain (and maintain) healthy hips by moving them in all the ways. The pelvis-hips relationship will be evident as we get to know movements that builds awareness around how those affect each other. “Getting up from the floor” will be one skill to discover and practice.
This class can be taken separately or as a part of the Unstuck Bundle. It will be recorded and available until 28th August.
