The breath and the upper body

Feeling stuck in the chest area? Breathing and the access to the chest is tightly connected. By moving and directing attention to the upper body, we can gain awareness of the breath and thereby reconnect to healthy breathing patterns. Using feedback such as floor and resistance band (or a scarf), we will make space for the breath to flow. Also, you will be guided through ideas on how to use the breath to find a supportive embrace around the torso and spine.

Time: 10-11:30 (GMT +1)

This class can be taken separately or as a part of the Unstuck Bundle. It will be in English, guided over Zoom, recorded and available until 28th August.
